Bed was comfortable. I attended a concert and had never been to Madison before. I did a Google search on hotels near the venue. Google said this was the closest one. Turns out it was not by alot. If I do another concert at the Sylvee in the future I will not be so trusting in Google. Definitely not the hotels fault though.

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful. They gave us some of their games to play and had great personalities. Staff stayed on top of the cleanliness. The pool was well maintained and very nice.

The breakfast was great. Location was perfect and your staff including the cleaning ladies front desk staff were the best. What I liked the most was a lady working the kitchen. Her name is Mariana. friendly and a good person. Give her a bonus or a raise in salary. She deserves it. Pete Salas. / El Paso Texas.

Location was good for its money: you can go to the downtown by bus - it takes aprx 20 mins. Hotel building is quite new, so all facilities are good. Breakfast was okey - good choice of dishes. Hot food is available. Window view was great - you can even see the Capitol. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also, park is not far from the hotel and you can walk to the lake.

Location was fine, breakfast was a bit difficult, juice machines not working properly, leaking everywhere. Tables where dirty not well maintained, but overall a very nice experience

The breakfast was fine. Lots of options of both cold and hot. We appreciated that we could use that dining area later in the day to eat dinner. It was clean and friendly. Would stay again
